OGDENSBURG — City police charged two St. Lawrence County residents with drug possession in separate incidents over the last week. 

• Jeffery F. Hopper Jr., 32, Ogdensburg was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance March 1 at 10:19 p.m., police said.
• Sydnee J. Harbour, 28, Norwood, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance March 2 at 1:03 a.m. following a traffic stop. She was also charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and inadequate exhaust, police said.
