Norwood library book and bake sale and more planned in coming weeks

NORWOOD — A book and bake sale, storytime, kids’ arts academy, yoga, painting class and crochet circle are being offered at Norwood Public Library.

The annual Book and Bake Sale will be held Dec. 2 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. A $5 bag sale with many great novels, nonfiction, and children's books are available.

Friends' Holiday Raffle tickets are for sale, including a $300 gift certificate to the Ashley House, $50 in lotto tickets and $100 bill, thanks to the Ashley House donations. Drawing is Dec. 2.

Library Hoots Storytime resumes November 17 at 10:30 am. Join Ms. Amanda for stories, music, crafts, and silly fun. Kris Rozelle's Arts Academy program for kids is back, beginning Nov. 22 with a turkey project. To register contact the library at (315) 353-6692.

Kathy Wilcox is offering Gentle Yoga on Tuesday, Nov. 21, at 6 p.m. Please call the library to reserve your space.

Crochet Circle is back. Join volunteer Brittany Ashley for crocheting and conversation on Sat., Dec. 9, at 11a.m. All skill levels are welcome.
