NORWOOD – The Norwood Kiwanis Club will kick off their annual Christmas tree sale Saturday, Nov. 29.
The trees are available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sundays until sold out at the Norwood Recycling Center on Bernard Avenue.
The trees will range from $30 to $45 with all proceeds staying local by funding different programs for children in the area.
The club’s goal is to raise at least $500.
The tree sales wouldn’t be possible without over 30 youth helpers from Kiwanis student organizations and Potsdam Agway, 14 Pine St. who supplies the trees from area growers, the Kiwanis said in an email.
