Since 2013 North Country Tai Chi LLC has served as the only year-round traditional Chinese Tai Chi Academy in the North Country.
Master Sean Boutin was trained and accredited to teach Tai Chi by the internationally acclaimed Chinese Grandmaster Aiping Cheng.
He teaches three different styles of Tai Chi, Yang, Sun, and Chen.
In Tai Chi practice, students build a mind-body awareness of themselves and the art form one step and one task at a time, said a press release from the organization.
At North Country Tai Chi offers a friendly and social environment that fosters success and friendship.
