NORFOLK -- The Wesleyan church will host the third annual “Trunk or Treat” Oct. 31 from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
Last year participants passed out candy to over 500 kids with the help of the Norfolk Fire Department and the United Methodist church.
Warm beverages will be served, with cars to line Hepburn and W. Main Streets.
Arrive by 5:15 p.m. to pass out candy.
