BRASHER — A Norfolk resident was charged with a felony Oct. 19 stemming from an incident reported to state police Nov. 22 of 2021.
Stacey L. Hartigan, 41, was charged with first-degree possession of a forged instrument, felony, at 1:30 p.m., police said.
Hartigan was released on own recognizance, police said.
