NORFOLK — A Norfolk resident is accused of sending sexually explicit images to a minor through social media, according to state police.
Kayden C. Dubuque, 19, was charged Thursday with endangering the welfare of a child and first-degree disseminating indecent material to a minor, police said.
Troopers were made aware of the incident Feb. 13 after receiving a harassment report on Old Market Road, officers said.
Dubuque was arraigned in Stockholm court and remanded to St. Lawrence County jail, troopers said.
He is to face the charge in Stockholm court March 6.
