LOUISVILLE -- A Norfolk man is accused by state police of burglary in the town of Louisville and resisting arrest.
John P. Maxwell, 22, was arrested Thursday in connection with an alleged burglary April 4.
He is charged with a felony, third-degree burglary: illegal entry; a misdemeanor, resisting arrest; and a violation, disorderly conduct: obscene language/gestures.
Maxwell was reportedly held by state police after his arrest along Cty. Rt. 36 in Louisville.
