MASSENA -- State police say they charged a Norfolk man with breaking into a home, causing damage and resisting arrest.
Tyler C. Schmidt, 30, is charged with second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief, both felonies, and resisting arrest, misdemeanor, troopers said.
He was charged at 9:08 a.m. Dec. 1 at 337 Trippany Road, Massena, police said.
Schmidt was arraigned in court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, in lieu of bail, police said.
