NORFOLK — A Norfolk man was arrested Thursday following a larceny complaint made to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies the prior day.
Thomas M. Wheeler, 19, was charged with third-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree grand larceny, officers said.
He allegedly stole metal shipping pallets and used a stolen credit card to make several unauthorized purchases, deputies said.
He was arraigned in Norfolk court and released on his own recognizance, officers said.
