New York’s 21st Congressional District includes St. Lawrence County

Voters in New York’s 21st Congressional District will choose between Republican Anthony Constantino and Democrat Blake Gendebien in the Nov. 3 general election. The district includes St. Lawrence County and stretches across much of northern and upstate New York.  Political newcomer Anthony Constantino may be viewed as a Washington outsider by many but that sits just fine with the Republican candidate from Amsterdam.
