POTSDAM – An appearance by nationally syndicated columnist, best-selling author and parenting expert John Rosemond has been postponed until Oct. 21.
Sponsored by the Northern Zone Association for Counselors and Development, he was originally scheduled for March 21.
Rosemond will be at SUNY Potsdam’s Snell Music Theater from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., presenting a programs to local professionals. There also will be an evening parenting seminar from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
This event is open to the public and pre-registration is necessary. It will cost $15 for members and $20 for non-members.
Both workshops are open to all professionals in public or private education, community and government agencies who serve children.
Psychologist Rosemond devotes his time to speaking and writing. His work is syndicated in more than 200 newspapers. He has written 13 books. More information on Rosemond is on his website at www.rosemond.com.
