CANTON -- St. Lawrence University’s Noon in the Chapel concert series will end 2016 with “Music for Christmas” at 12:15 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, in Gunnison Memorial Chapel.
The concert is free and open to the public.
The performance will feature the Ad Hoc Singers of Julia Pomainville, Alexandra Jacobs Wilke and Chris Rediehs, who will perform traditional carols and spirituals in new settings. Organist Sondra Goldsmith Proctor will perform the organ noëls of French composers Claude Balbastre and Louis Claude Daquin.
Parking for chapel events will be in H-Lot, across from Griffiths Arts Center and next to Vilas Hall. There also will be a drop-off location and limited handicapped parking spaces in front of Richardson Hall and at the front of the chapel.
