NORFOLK – A Massena woman has been charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, with a blood alcohol level of .22 percent.
Lindley Q. Cook, 22, 171 S. Grasse River Rd., was stopped by St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies and Norwood police along State Rt. 56 Sunday for alleged failure to keep right after they received a complaint of someone driving erratically.
She was taken to the sheriff’s office where her blood alcohol level was measured at .22 percent, above the threshold of .18 percent for an aggravated DWI charge, a misdemeanor.
She was released on tickets to appear in Norfolk Town Court in May.
