MASSENA -- A woman was charged after allegedly huffing and screaming at Walmart customers, and damaging a police car in a separate instance.
Brandy M. Delosh, 26, of Maple Street was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, a felony, at 7:30 p.m. Friday. Police say they responded to a call that she was standing on the side of a building and huffing. Officers found her at North Main and Stoughton streets and she allegedly kicked one of their patrol cars, causing $1,869.49 in damage, police said.
On that charge, she was arraigned in Massena court by judge Joe Brown and released under probationary supervision, police said.
Two days later, she was charged with possession of toxic vapors and disorderly conduct at 2:28 p.m. at Walmart Supercenter, Stephanville Road.
Police said she was sitting in a grassy area near the outdoor living center, huffing a can of keyboard duster and “being aggressive toward customers,” shaking her fist and yelling at them.
She was released with appearance tickets in that case, police said.
Delosh was also charged with possession of toxic vapors and disorderly conduct on July 17 and July 19. In one of the incidents, police said she passed out after huffing on train tracks and was nearly hit by a train that stopped about 30 feet away from her.
