MASSENA -- Literacy of Northern New York is looking for new tutors in the Massena area.
The agency’s mission is to assist adults in improving their writing, reading and math skills by working one-on-one with a volunteer tutor.
Students who have worked with Literacy of Northern New York have gone on to earn a GED, gotten a better job, and entered post-secondary education or training programs.
Several students are waiting for tutors in the Massena area.
