MASSENA – After a report of three males throwing rocks at vehicles along State Rt. 37 in Louisville, a Massena teen is accused of third-degree criminal mischief.
James C. Delosh, 18, 168 Jefferson St., is accused of throwing a rock that dented both driver's side doors of a 2010 Jeep owned by Blevins Brothers of Ogdensburg Thursday.
Delosh was arraigned before Massena Town Justice Crandall and sent to the county lockup in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond.
