The Massena girls and boys junior varsity and varsity basketball teams, the girls’ varsity hockey team and the wrestling team are raising funds to donate to cancer research.
The fundraising will kick off with the girls’ varsity hockey game against Salmon River Wednesday, Jan. 23 at 5:15 p.m.
Fans are encouraged to wear pink, and any child spectator wearing pink will be admitted for free. A 50/50 raffle and a Chuck-A-Puck contest will be held.
The students will also sell sponsor pin-up cards at school and in the community and will donate the proceeds from their games.
The other games that will raise money for the fundraising effort are:
• Wrestling, Massena vs. Clifton Fine, Jan. 30
• Boys Basketball, Massena vs. O.F.A. Feb. 1
• Girls Basketball, Massena vs. Malone Feb. 4
