MASSENA -- A Massena man was recently jailed on charges of raping a teenager.
Evan F. Clement, 22, of 71 Sycamore St. was charged with second-degree rape, second-degree criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child at 3:50 p.m. June 6.
Police said he raped a 13-year-old.
He was arraigned by Massena judge Patrick Serguson and remanded to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, in lieu of $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond, police said.
