MASSENA -- A 19-year-old Massena man is facing criminal charges for allegedly exposing himself to a Tamarack Street resident while during an argument, which was allegedly witnessed by children.
Devin Riley of 24 Cline Dr. was charged with exposure of a person and endangering the welfare of a child at 8:12 p.m. on Sept. 16.
Riley was walking down Tamarack Street that day and started irritating a dog, according to Massena Ptl. Cody Clary. The dog's owner saw what was happening, told Riley to leave and the two began arguing.
After exchanging some words, Riley exposed his genitals, which was witnessed by a group of nearby children and a few adults, Clary said.
The patrolman added that Riley did not intend to expose himself to the children.
