CANTON – A Massena man was arrested Saturday for felony sale of marijuana to a police operative during a three-month period, according to village police.
Casey A. Simonds, 20, of 6 River St., Massena, was charged with third degree criminal sale of marijuana. He sold over 25 grams of pot to a police operative from Nov. 2010 to Feb. 2011, police said.
He was arraigned in Canton Town Court and released under the supervision of the St. Lawrence County Probation Office.
The St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force assisted in the investigation, police said.
