POTSDAM -- A Massena man was charged with trespassing twice within 24 hours at Evergreen Park, according to Potsdam police.
Police said they charged Arrow A. Tiggelaar, 23, with trespassing at 4:45 p.m. July 11 following an alleged domestic dispute.
Following investigation officers discovered that the subject was in violation of a no trespassing order that was in effect from the Potsdam Housing Authority.
Officers charged Tiggelaar again at 11:25 a.m. July 12 after police noticed his vehicle parked in the parking lot of Evergreen Park while they were serving papers.
Tiggelaar was located at the apartment complex and cited again.
He is to appear in Potsdam court at noon July 21 to face the charges, officers said.
