MASSENA -- A 41-year-old man is being held at the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility without bail on allegations that he sold cocaine a year ago.
Kenneth W. Williams Jr. of 22 East Orvis Street is charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Court documents state that he sold two half-gram packages of cocaine to a confidential informant working with Village Police on Jan. 17, 2013.
Williams is being held in Canton without bail because of multiple prior felony convictions, including drug possession, drug sale and second-degree rape.
If convicted, he will face mandatory prison time as a repeat felony offender, the charge carries up to a maximum of nine years.
