In response to “Mass Shootings” which appeared in the Jan. 6-12 issue of North Country This Week: I felt compelled to respond. The fact that the author published these questions shows that this person is pretty sharp. Odds are, the legal concealed carrier is a proficient marksman. Simple observation will tell you who the bad guy is; usually whoever started shooting first. Your chances of survival would be increased with a concealed carry person. However, I would suggest that the author avoid all large social gatherings. Especially at gun free zones. I hope this helps you out.
