MASSENA -- A village resident is jailed awaiting arraignment on felony drug charges, according to village police.
Gerald L. Dissottle, 48, of 40 Willow St. is charged with third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance, police said.
He allegedly sold and possessed crack cocaine with intent to sell it, police said.
He was charged Sunday on a superior court arrest warrant signed by St. Lawrence County Court Judge Jerome Richards, police said.
Dissottle is being held at the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, Canton, pending arraignment in county court, police said.
“This investigation is ongoing and more arrests are pending,” police said.
