LISBON – A Castorland man was arrested and jailed Monday for allegedly stealing copper from JMS Mechanicals in November 2010.
St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies arrested Robert P. Forsythe, 28, of 5789 Swiss Rd., Castorland, for third degree burglary and petit larceny at the business on NYS Hwy. 68.
He was arraigned before Pierrepont Town Justice Robert Camp and sent to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 or $10,000 bail bond, deputies said.
