OGDENSBURG — A New York City resident faces traffic charges stemming from a March 31 traffic stop on East South Street, according to city police.
Jose Acevedo, 41, was cited for operating out of class, uninsured motor vehicle, uninspected motor vehicle and suspended registration at 1:22 a.m., police said.
He was cited and released.
