GOUVERNEUR — A Theresa man was charged with criminal trespassing and drug charges following a burglary complaint Friday morning, according to state police.
John J. Baker, 32, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said.
He was cited and released, officers said.
