MADRID – A Madrid man was charged early today with felony driving while intoxicated, and DWI while a child was in the vehicle.
Donovan L. Cunningham, 43, was stopped along Cty. Rt. 14 in Madrid at 1:41 a.m. Saturday after a state police patrol allegedly saw him driving erratically.
Troopers charged Cunningham with DWI with a DWI conviction in the previous 10 years, aggravated DWI with a child in the vehicle, and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, all felonies, and the traffic infractions of failure to keep right on a two-lane road and driving on road shoulders.
His status was reported as “held.”
