OGDENSBURG — A Madrid man was charged following investigation of a two vehicle property-damage accident Feb. 17, according to city police.
Dustin W. Stebbins, 39, was cited for following too closely and an unregistered motor vehicle at 4:48 p.m., police said.
The accident reportedly took place near the intersection of SH 37 and Linden Street.
