POTSDAM — A Madrid resident was charged with criminal trespassing stemming from a Feb. 27 incident, according to village police.
Corey M. Tisdale, 25, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing at 5:37 p.m., police said.
He is to answer the charge in Potsdam court March 20, officers said.
