LISBON -- Lisbon Central School students recently visited to 4-H Camp Overlook’s Malone, location for a hands-on educational experience with team building exercises.
The trip aimed to team and social skills.
The students spent much of the day using the low element ropes course to develop problem-solving, leadership and cooperative skills.
This was the first time the district has sent students to Camp Overlook to participate in the ropes course activities.
“As a district, we are fortunate to have 4-H staff involved with our After School Program on school grounds once a week,” said Lisbon Central 5-12 Principal Lauren Morley. “We were very excited to be able to offer this unique off-campus opportunity to our students.”
