Kinch, 55, of Gouverneur, died on February 29, 2024, at EJ Noble Hospital, Gouverneur, Allen-Denesha Funeral Home, DeKalb Junction, entrusted with arrangements.  There will be a Celebration of Life on March 16, 12- 4 PM at the VFW in Gouverneur.
