POTSDAM -- The Northern New York Library Network is conducting seminars on how to search and use the New York State Historic Newspapers website.
These seminars will be held at the NNYLN Meeting Room, 6721 US Rt. 11., from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Jan. 14. and 28.
The instructor will be Eric Alan, the regional services librarian at NNYLN, who will explain the history behind the website, search strategies, and specific genealogical and personal name search methods.
