POTSDAM -- Community Conversation on Poverty group is hosting a Utility Rights Training by Richard Berkley, executive director of the Public Utility Law Project of New York, on Friday, Sept. 28, 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
The training will be held at the Potsdam Town Hall.
Utility Rights Training educates utility consumers about their legal rights and provides information on how PULP can assist low-income customers with electric, natural gas, telephone, and other utility-related issues.
