SOUTH COLTON -- The Invisible Factory Project will aim to strengthen arts entrepreneurships through two free workshops for artisans and artists interested in increasing their sales. Workshops will be held at Catamount Lodge, State Highway 56, Nov. 16 and 23 from 1 to 4 p.m.
The first interactive workshop with Brooke Rouse will discuss developing a marketing strategy. Rouse regularly works with artists to improve their marketing potential. Tools and information will be provided.
The Nov. 23 workshop will be an informal setting to talk with others who make work to sell. Artisans and artists can share tips from their own experience and ask questions of others who run businesses like theirs.
The comments will be used to shape future Invisible Factory programs. To register call TAUNY at 386-4289.
