LAWRENCE – A Hopkinton man is facing assault and harassment charges in connection with a domestic dispute in which he allegedly struck three victims, injuring one, according to state police.
Scott Hendershot Jr., 29, of 307 Lake Azonia Rd., was charged March 22 with third degree assault, second degree aggravated harassment and two counts of harassment, police said.
The charges were in connection with a dispute in which he allegedly struck a victim in the face, causing large swelling and abrasions, and pushed and struck two other victims, police said. Earlier, he had sent a threatening text message, vowing to harm the first victim, police said.
He was arraigned in Brasher Town Court and is to face the charges in Lawrence Coutn Court on March 27.
