COLTON -- The Higley reservoir elevation will fall slowly beginning Sept. 18 bringing water levels down approximately three and one half feet below normal by Sept. 20, according to Brookfield Renewable Energy Group.
The reservoir will begin refilling Sept. 22 and continue until it is full by Sept. 23.
