HEUVELTON -- The Heuvelton Historical Association will host a how-to rag rug class Saturday, Feb. 16 at 1 p.m.
Paula Towne, owner of Trinkets Gallery and Studio in Gouverneur will instruct participants on how to use last year’s wardrobe to make a rug.
The class will cost $10 for a three-hour lesson, with one-on-one instruction time and a take-home tool.
Bring your own scissors and five to six items of non-denim old clothing to make into a rug.
