HEUVELTON -- A group of alumni from Heuvelton Central School are organizing an Alumni Marching Band that will perform in the Morristown 4th of July parade as a tribute to late band director David J. Poulton.
The band may also perform in the Heuvelton Labor Day Parade.
An organizational meeting is scheduled for Jan. 18, from 6-8 p.m. at the HCS music room to read through and choose music.
Those interested in joining should bring an instrument if they have one. Instruments will be located for those without.
All marching band alumni are welcome, including former Color Guard members.
