HERMON — A Hermon man was charged with drug possession early this morning, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Darryl F. Matthews, 29, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop on Canton Street, officers said.
K-9 Shelly alerted officers to the presence of narcotics and officers found Matthews in possession of methamphetamine, deputies said.
He was cited and released, officers said.
