HERMON – The Hermon Fire Department reminds the community that, as part of Fire Prevention Week, firefighters and the Hermon-DeKalb Cub Scouts will be going door to door on Saturday, Oct. 2, passing out 9-volt batteries.
Anyone who could use a battery for their smoke detector may call Carol at 347-2487 or ask a member. This continues throughout the year.
