POTSDAM & GOUVERNEUR – Community and regional residents are invited to attend one of two behavioral health fairs sponsored by St. Lawrence Health on Saturday, May 11. The fair in Potsdam will run from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. during the Farmer’s Market in Ives Park, and the Fair in Gouverneur will be held from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Gouverneur Community Center, 4673 State Highway 58. The event provides an opportunity for community members to come and learn about agencies and services available to them in their local town, or neighboring locations. Some of the agencies will provide Narcan training; and/or Question, Persuade and Refer (QPR) training; and others will discuss the varying levels of case management services, therapy services, peer services, and crisis intervention.
