DEKALB -- A memorial service for Harold “Bill” Scott formerly of DeKalb, will be Saturday, April 13, 2024, at the New Hope Community Church, 33 Grant Street, Potsdam, at 2:30 PM.

Bill died on March 9, 2024, at the Canton Potsdam Hospital.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews at http://www.ifcj.org for the support of Israel.
