POTSDAM -- Hands On Health Holistic Healing is offering the Whole Food Healer Academy, online, starting Jan. 5.
The web-based course will release each week’s module on Monday for 6 consecutive weeks, Jan. 5 through Feb. 9.
Paula Youmell, who owns Hands On Health Holistic Healing, states that the Whole Food Healer Academy is an opportunity to put New Year’s Resolutions into action for a lifetime of health and wellness.
The Whole Food Healer Academy 2015 is being offered in collaboration with the Local Living Venture (http://www.locallivingventure.org/) and SUNY Potsdam’s CLEAR program (https://clear.potsdam.edu/wconnect/ace/home.htm).
Youmell supports clients one on one; teaches work place wellness, community classes, and workshops; and is now offering online holistic health and healing classes.
Hands On Health collaborated with the Local Living Venture, Fall 2014, to bring North Country Residents a nine class series: Whole Health & Healing Academy. This course series covered whole food nutrition, weight loss, gut health, liver support, and other health and healing topics.
