MORRISTOWN -- A Hammond man was charged with aggravated harassment, a class E felony, Saturday.
Ryann A. Wilson, 28, was charged after allegedly setting a wooden cross on fire while using racial slurs toward the guest of a neighbor, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Wilson was arraigned in Morristown and remanded on a $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond, deputies said.
