Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani has endorsed Patty Ritchie in her race for state Senate.
Giuliani said electing the Republican will help restore common sense to Albany, cut taxes and rein in out of control spending to “put New York back on track.”
“I am very pleased to give my endorsement to Patty Ritchie for state Senate,” Giuliani said. “We can turn New York around, stop losing jobs, and make our state great again, but we need to elect people like Patty Ritchie to the State Senate.”
“I am grateful for the support of Mayor Giuliani, a proven, nationally recognized, leader who showed during his tenure as New York City’s mayor that we can make government work again for the people,” Ritchie said.
Ritchie is the St. Lawrence County Clerk. The 48th Senate District includes Oswego, Jefferson and St. Lawrence Counties.
