CANTON -- The 35rd annual Frozen Foote Series of four-mile road races begins Dec. 14 at St. Lawrence University.
The races will be held regardless of weather conditions, starting at 10:30 a.m. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. in the lobby of Appleton Arena, Miner St. at St. Lawrence University.
Registration fees are $5 for the series or $2 per race. Frozen Foote long-sleeved t-shirts will be awarded to runners who complete three or more of the four races. The out-and-back course starts and finishes in the Appleton Arena parking lot and is run on hills of Miner Street Rd.
