HARRISVILLE – Organizers say a recent ‘Frozen’ themed fundraiser earned more than $1,000 for the Harrisville Central School life skills program.
Heather Andresen at Harrisville Central directs this Life Skills program. The program provides essential skills to disabled children with special needs. Life Skills teaches the students everyday challenges, such as preparing meals, and decision-making.
At the recent event student and staff provided treats and hot chocolate. The fundraiser included a visit from the “Frozen” characters including Olaf- Jen Hotaling, Anna-Anisa Hotaling, Elsa-Hannah Hotaling, Kristoff- Troy Lucas, & Hans- Trey Grant, directed by Ann Keyes.
Earnings from the event will be used to fund a trip to the Buffalo Zoo and Darien Lake them park.
