OGDENSBURG -- Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center (CHMC) along with Dr. Chris Brandy, general surgeon, and Dr. Jeffrey Doyle, anesthesiologist, has teamed up to provide free colonoscopies to St. Lawrence County residents, which were made possible from a grant from the Edward I. Moses Walk/Run for Life Foundation.
The free screenings are for uninsured people over the age of 50 who have never had a colonoscopy or adults of any age with significant risk factors such as a family history of colorectal cancer.
